Some parts of Purebodycare require you to create an account or log in to access purchased courses.

You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account or making a purchase.

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. You must not share your username, password, account access, course access links, or member-area access with anyone else.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account unless the activity was caused by our error or by a security breach that was not your fault.

If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, please contact us as soon as possible.

When you purchase a Purebodycare course, you are buying personal access to that course for the access period shown at the time of purchase.

Unless we clearly state otherwise, course access is:

• For your own personal use only.

• Non-transferable.

• Not for resale.

• Not to be shared with others.

• Subject to the access period, restrictions, and features shown at checkout.

We may use third-party services, including GoHighLevel / HighLevel, Stripe, and Vimeo, to provide website, checkout, payment, membership, course, email, automation, video, and related services.

We aim to make course access available promptly after purchase, but access may occasionally be delayed due to payment checks, technical issues, platform issues, security checks, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Prices are shown on the website or checkout page at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, such as Stripe. We do not store full card details on our own website.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and to pay all charges shown at checkout.

Prices may change from time to time. A price change will not affect a completed purchase unless there has been an obvious pricing error.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, bank charges, currency conversion charges, or other fees that may apply to your purchase, unless these are already included or clearly stated at checkout.

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

If you are not happy with a Purebodycare course, you may request a refund within the refund period stated in the Refund Policy.

If a refund is issued, your access to the refunded course may be removed.

Nothing in these Terms or in our Refund Policy limits any consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

Our courses may include videos, written lessons, formulas, recipes, downloads, images, demonstrations, worksheets, reference materials, and other educational content.

We make reasonable efforts to provide clear and useful information. However, soap making and bath/body product making involve ingredients, tools, temperatures, chemicals, equipment, allergens, preservatives, hygiene practices, and safety considerations.

You are responsible for:

• Reading and following all instructions carefully.

• Using appropriate safety equipment.

• Understanding the ingredients and materials you use.

• Checking supplier information and safety data sheets where relevant.

• Following safe handling, storage, labelling, and cleaning procedures.

• Complying with laws and regulations that apply in your location.

• Deciding whether a formula, recipe, method, or product is suitable for your own use.

You should not rely on our courses as a substitute for professional advice, regulatory advice, medical advice, legal advice, or specialist safety advice.

Some course topics may involve lye, heat, sharp tools, electrical equipment, fragrances, essential oils, colourants, preservatives, cosmetic ingredients, surfactants, allergens, or other materials that may cause injury, irritation, damage, or other risks if used incorrectly.

You agree to use your own judgement and take appropriate precautions.

Before making, using, gifting, or selling any product, you are responsible for checking that the ingredients, method, formula, labelling, testing, packaging, storage, and intended use are appropriate and lawful in your location.

If you have allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, skin conditions, pregnancy-related concerns, or any other health concerns, you should seek appropriate professional advice before using or making products.

We do not guarantee that you will achieve any particular result from taking a course.

Your results may depend on many factors, including your skill level, equipment, ingredients, measurements, environment, safety practices, supplier variations, experience, and how carefully you follow instructions.

If you use our courses for business purposes, we do not guarantee that you will make sales, profits, income, customers, or any particular commercial result.

Unless a course clearly states otherwise, you may use what you learn to make your own products for personal use, gifting, or business use, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

However, you are solely responsible for the safety, legality, testing, labelling, packaging, marketing, insurance, and sale of any products you make.

Purebodycare does not certify, approve, test, inspect, or accept responsibility for products you make, sell, give away, or use.

You must not suggest that Purebodycare has approved, certified, endorsed, manufactured, tested, or guaranteed your products unless we have given you written permission.

All Purebodycare content is owned by Howorama Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Course videos.

• Written lessons.

• Formulas and recipes as presented in our materials.

• Downloads and worksheets.

• Images, graphics, and photographs.

• Text, articles, and website content.

• Course structure and presentation.

• Logos, branding, and design elements.

When you purchase a course, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the course content for your own personal learning.

You do not acquire ownership of the course content.

You must not:

• Share your course login or account access.

• Copy, reproduce, publish, upload, or distribute course content.

• Sell, resell, licence, rent, or give away course content.

• Record, download, rip, scrape, or capture course videos unless we expressly allow it.

• Upload our content to another website, platform, group, cloud drive, AI tool, or file-sharing service.

• Use our course content to create a competing course, membership, book, ebook, download, workshop, or training product.

• Remove copyright notices, watermarks, branding, or other ownership information.

• Claim our content as your own.

You may print or save downloadable course materials for your own personal use only, where downloads are provided as part of the course.

If you submit a review, testimonial, comment, photo, message, feedback, suggestion, or similar content to us, you confirm that the content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

You give us permission to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, and share that content for business, marketing, testimonial, course improvement, and customer support purposes, unless you tell us otherwise.

We may edit testimonials or reviews for length, clarity, grammar, or formatting, but we will not knowingly change the meaning of what you said.

Please do not send us confidential, sensitive, or private information unless it is necessary for your request.

You agree not to use the website, courses, account area, or services in a way that:

• Breaks the law.

• Infringes our rights or another person’s rights.

• Interferes with the website, courses, checkout, videos, or systems.

• Attempts to bypass access restrictions, payment controls, or security features.

• Attempts to copy, scrape, download, or extract content without permission.

• Shares login details or course access with others.

• Uploads malware, spam, harmful code, or abusive content.

• Harasses, threatens, abuses, or mistreats us, our team, or other users.

• Makes false, misleading, or fraudulent purchases, refund requests, chargebacks, or claims.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

We aim to keep the website and courses available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Access may be affected by maintenance, updates, technical problems, internet issues, third-party service outages, payment provider issues, video hosting issues, security events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may update, improve, replace, remove, or reorganize course content from time to time. We will try not to materially reduce the value of a course you have already purchased, but we may make changes where reasonably necessary.

Purebodycare may use or link to third-party websites, platforms, videos, checkout pages, payment processors, email services, tools, resources, or other services.

These third-party services are not controlled by us. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security, policies, terms, privacy practices, or actions.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Your use of Purebodycare is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

These explain how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information and how we use cookies and similar technologies.

Purebodycare courses and materials are provided for educational and informational purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not make warranties or guarantees that:

• The website or courses will be uninterrupted or error-free.

• The content will meet your particular needs.

• You will achieve a specific result.

• Any formula, recipe, method, or technique will be suitable for your circumstances.

• Products you make using course information will be safe, legal, effective, saleable, profitable, or compliant with laws in your location.

We do not exclude or limit any warranties, guarantees, rights, or remedies that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Purebodycare and Howorama Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or opportunity.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to a course or purchase will be limited to the amount you paid for that course or purchase.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.

If you use our content, courses, formulas, recipes, methods, or information in a way that causes a legal claim, loss, damage, expense, or liability because of your own actions, breach of these Terms, or misuse of the content, you agree to be responsible for that claim to the extent permitted by law.

This includes claims arising from products you make, sell, label, market, give away, or use.

We may suspend or terminate your account or course access if we reasonably believe that you have:

• Breached these Terms.

• Shared your account or course access.

• Copied, distributed, or misused our content.

• Used the website or services unlawfully or abusively.

• Made fraudulent, abusive, or improper refund, chargeback, or payment claims.

• Created a security, legal, operational, or reputational risk for us.

Where appropriate, we may contact you first to resolve the issue. However, we may act immediately where we believe it is necessary to protect our rights, users, content, systems, or business.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. If the changes are significant, we may provide additional notice on the website or by email where appropriate.

The Terms in effect at the time of your purchase will generally apply to that purchase, unless changes are required by law, are beneficial to you, or relate to security, technical, or operational matters.

Your continued use of the website or services after updated Terms are posted means that you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

The courts of British Columbia, Canada will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms, unless applicable consumer protection laws give you the right to bring a claim in another location or prevent this choice of law or jurisdiction from applying.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply.

The invalid or unenforceable part will be interpreted as closely as possible to its original purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

If we do not enforce a part of these Terms immediately, this does not mean we have waived our right to enforce it later.
